Tarot card meaning

The page of wands, otherwise known as the princess of wands. This card shows the energy of a new idea in the making and the passion behind that idea, the passion that contains enough force to take that idea somewhere. She shows a desire for adventure and movement, maybe travel or learning with the enthusiasm and energy that accompanies a brand new venture. This involves putting our whole attention into our projects, no half measures. It also shows a certain vitality and passion about our new idea and even though that idea is in a very early stage, there is enough vitality to make it grow.

The 4 of wands shows a calming and complete energy of the fire element.  People are working in harmony together, actively and with vitality to produce a balanced, harmonious result. It signals a time for consolidating our energies into a state of relaxation and enjoying the fruits of our labour. In the Osho Zen deck the card is called ‘participation’. This reminds us that the power we create through participation within life and with others creates far more energy than we can create by ourselves, it reminds us to participate in life with all of our being – 100% of our attention being completely present in every moment. Make life a work of art.

‎7 of wands – also known as ‘stand your ground’ in the Psychic Tarot deck. This can show a time where we are faced with various challenges in our lives. We have come a long way and now we are being tested in what we have learned. There may be competition around making itself known and we can choose to give up or to continue  on our path and ‘stand our ground’. This fire element card shows that we need to call upon our energy and experience, of which there is an infinite resource inside us, and show what we are made from. Ace of Pentacles is a very positive card that signals the seed of a new beginnings within us. Pentacles are associated with the earth and the material world and all aces are the seeds of something new. This can show that we have inside of us the potential of a new idea that is based in the earth element, such as money, career, finances or physical things such as a house or even the physical body. Something new is in the making or it should be, perhaps we need to see what this is and initiate it ourselves to get the ball rolling. This can also show a time when we feel particularly grounded which is very fertile ground for creating something new. If these ideas are worked like new seeds, fed and watered with our own energy then they can grow into something lasting and solid, in time.

6 of cups – in the psychic tarot deck it is known as ‘memories of love’. It is lovely to reminisce about the good times we had in the past, memories that remind of a lazy, sunny summer’s day. Memories of friends, past loves, past times where we felt good, we felt happy and we felt love and loved. Through travelling back in time in our minds and memories we recreate that good feeling and energy inside us in the present time. Instead of dwelling in that place in the past, we can take that good feeling to the present which in turn will help create more good feeling in the future.
